♦ By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.♦ If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.♦ I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.♦ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.♦ Please DM me if you have any questions~
GENERAL
♦ Commissions are first come first serve.♦ I will send updates of the drawing process so that you can do as many fixes or changes as you like.♦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.♦ My work is for personal use only, not for commercial use, profit or merch.♦ You are allowed to use it on avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays, but please credit me and do not crop or edit out my watermark.♦ You are NOT allowed to edit, change or modify my work without my permission.♦ You are NOT allowed to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”♦ I have the right to post any work I do. if you don’t want your commission posted, please let me know beforehand!♦ Please send me clear and appropriate references in order the commissions to be accurate as possible.
payment
♦ Payment will be via Paypal or Ko-Fi only.♦ I only accept USD as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversion.♦ It is expected that you make the payment 100% of the price upfront before you are allowed to see the finished artwork, or right after I accept the commissions.♦ Strictly no refunds! Unless I haven't start on the commission.♦ Additional fees will apply depending on the complexity of the characters or specific backgrounds.
